It is with great regret that the Chairman and Trustees have noted the passing of Eamonn O’Leary.
He was a long standing member of SWIE and was its President in 1987-88.
In work, he was a Director of Veryards Consulting Engineers in Llandaff, Cardiff, building up that practice.
He was a Governor of the former Polytechnic at Treforest, later University of Glamorgan and now University of South Wales.
In all his dealings, Eamonn was a thoroughly professional gentleman, and he will be greatly missed.”
